Version 22 September 2026. These terms describe the Property Command service and monthly subscription.

Provider and service

Property Command Ltd, company number 17293314, provides property record organisation, document storage, entered date monitoring, rent calculations and evidence handover tools. Contact hello@propertycommand.co.uk. See the company register for corporate information.

What you may rely on

You must check inputs and outputs against original evidence. A date marked current only describes the entered date. It does not establish legal compliance. Record confirmation means the account holder has checked it; it is not independent verification. The service does not determine applicable legal regimes, valid notices, grounds for possession, service, defences or prospects. Obtain suitable professional advice before legal action.

Account and fair use

Use your own account and keep provider access secure. You must have authority and a lawful basis to store third party information. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or unnecessary sensitive personal information. The current workspace limits are 100 properties, 1,000 monitoring records and 10 MB per document. Supported files are PDF, PNG, JPEG and plain text. Each monitoring item holds one current attachment; replacing it removes the previous attachment.

Monthly subscription

The monthly plan is £59. The final total and tax treatment must be confirmed in checkout before you pay. No trial or annual commitment is offered. The subscription renews each month until cancelled. Use Manage subscription to stop renewal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Cancellation, records and refunds

Cancellation and deleting records are separate actions. Export your information before deleting it. Contact us about erroneous charges, service failures or refunds. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or remedies, including any applicable consumer cancellation rights. Any further information or express request needed for immediate performance must be obtained before commercial checkout is enabled.

Availability and security

No uninterrupted availability, recovery time, antivirus scanning or legal accuracy guarantee is made. Keep copies of original evidence. The service uses ownership checks and authenticated access, but the commercial security and recovery review must be completed before paid launch. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents or unpaid subscriptions.

Responsibility and complaints

You remain responsible for property management and the decisions you take. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise complaints using the contact above with enough detail for us to investigate. No tenancy details should be sent in an initial support email.
