Who handles your information

Property Command is operated by Property Command Ltd, company number 17293314. For account and privacy enquiries, contact hello@propertycommand.co.uk. Company information is available on the Companies House register.

Information used

We receive an account identifier and email address from your sign in provider. The current provider is ChatGPT. Your workspace holds the property addresses, tenancy details, rent entries, documents, complaints, repairs and source references you choose to provide, together with a record of changes. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, health information or criminal records.

Purposes and responsibilities

We use account and subscription information to provide and administer the service, fulfil our contract with you, maintain security and meet applicable accounting obligations. You are responsible for deciding why tenant and other third party information is recorded and for having an appropriate lawful basis and notices. Commercial processing arrangements for customer controlled records must be agreed before the paid service opens.

Service providers

The application uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and account identification, with Cloudflare database and object storage behind the service. Stripe processes subscription payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Property Command. Overseas processing, contractual safeguards and provider retention arrangements require confirmation before commercial activation.

AI and decisions

This release uses record checks and arithmetic. Uploaded documents are not sent to an AI model. Property Command does not make legal decisions or decide whether possession proceedings should be started.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace retains the records you save until you delete them. “Delete my data” removes the active property, tenancy, rent, document, issue and activity records. It does not cancel a subscription. “Close account” also removes the Property Command account profile and stops future subscription renewal. The sign in provider account remains unchanged; Stripe retains its own transaction records under its applicable obligations. Provider backup deletion and the final commercial retention schedule remain subject to confirmation before paid access opens.

Your choices and rights

You can amend your records, download documents, export a handover and delete workspace data. Contact us for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objections as applicable to your information. You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

Sign in uses essential authentication technology provided by the account provider. Property Command does not add advertising cookies. Calendar reminders are only copied to your chosen calendar when you download and import them.
